Customer Account Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Develop a deep understanding of client’s business objectives and challenges.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients’ expectations.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and opportunities.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Account Manager or relevant role.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (particularly Excel).

  • Knowledge of Web3 and blockchain technologies is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
