User Support
We are seeking a User Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, resolving user issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective support to users via email, chat, and social media.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues and user inquiries.
Assist users with account setup, navigation, and troubleshooting.
Document user interactions and track issues to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with product and development teams to address user feedback and improve the platform.
Create and update user support documentation, FAQs, and guides.
Monitor user feedback and escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and friendly support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a user support or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
Knowledge of Web3 and blockchain technologies is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of empathy and patience in dealing with users’ concerns.
